I remember the guy about 12 years ago that used to listen to PrimaSounds underwater in his bathtub. Had special underwater speakers for it and everything. If you are still around, I love to hear what you are up to now.

hi ralph. i purchased the lifetuning and gatekeeper cds and have been using them in a study group for about six months. the three of us agree this is an extremely powerful modality, especially when used in conjunction with other techniques in a ritual setting. we experimented with rearranging the main gatekeeper cd tracks and found this had the effect of expanding the experience for us individually and as a group. we have tried listening while sitting, standing but agree lying down seems to produce the strongest effect. would appreciate any suggestions for advanced listening techniques.
GateKeeper, delves into Shamanic Journeying. This is best accomplished with forming an intent behind the reason for the journey. Then, after summoning the ancestors, lie in a comfortable position, with eyes closed, preferably covered with a bandana, or other eye covering, and then allowing yourself to follow the guide to the upper or lower realms you are seeking to access. Each track will open up a new door for exploration. Realize, when journeying, you may not alway get what you asked for, but will end up with what you ultimately needed.
